Terms of Use Agreement
Please carefully read the following terms of use Agreement.
Your use of our website and services implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. By accessing or utilizing any part of our services, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Upon acceptance of these terms and purchase submission, you agree that Ivy Drip Hydration & Wellness has the right to charge your credit card or other payment methods for the applicable fees or scheduled services, and you authorize Ivy Drip Hydration & Wellness to do so.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling an appointment with Ivy Drip Hydration & Wellness, you agree to pay the indicated fee for the service that has been scheduled. We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all services. You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if you fail to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time. No shows will be charged a $50 fee and will forfeit the initial deposit payment received. For all IV drip services, a deposit of 50% of total services will be charged at the time of scheduling.
Please call us at 281.547.4874 or email us if you require a cancellation. However, you may cancel an appointment without charge if it is canceled within 2 hours of being scheduled.
If more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show.

Mobile IV Drip Services
If you misrepresent yourself in any way, including, but not limited to, your age, medical history provided by you is inaccurate (which might disqualify you from certain services) or you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the appointment, you will be charged the full amount for services scheduled without services being provided.
Weight Loss Program
All prescription medications administered will be based on the client’s history. If upon review of your history, labs, and physical exam, the provider determines that you do not qualify for a particular medication, alternative medications may be suggested. No refund will be given if the client does not qualify for a particular medication. It is strongly advised that you review provided information on the Weight Loss service page prior to scheduling your appointment.
Payment Information
Your card payment information will be retained on our payment processor, and only be accessed by authorized agents on behalf of Ivy Drip Hydration & Wellness for the purpose of obtaining payment. If you decide to change services that have previously been scheduled and were purchased prior to delivery of such services, Ivy Drip Hydration & Wellness may use stored credit card information to charge you for additional services provided. In the case of an applicable credit, such credit will be given to you approximately two to three business days after you have notified Ivy Drip Hydration & Wellness of the change in the services to be provided, subject to the policies of your credit card company.
