Meet Our Team
Latoya Cains-Barnes
Latoya Cains-Barnes, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of nursing experience. Latoya earned her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Charity School of Nursing in New Orleans, Louisiana. She later earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a family nurse practitioner focus from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois. She has practiced in a variety of settings to include home health, telemedicine, primary care, and geriatrics.
April Foster
April Foster is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with over 10 years of in-person and telemedicine care experience. Upon graduation from medical school in Florida, she completed a family medicine residency training as the chief resident in 2014. Dr. Foster has practiced as a medical director and sole practitioner for a free clinic. She has also practiced in a variety of settings to include urgent care, men’s and women’s health, and nationwide telemedicine services. She has a passion for medical mission work and believes that all individuals deserve access to quality care. Her current focus is local missions and community service, as well as continued efforts to expand care through telemedicine services.
